Reductions for smaller parties are offered in larger cottages when we have last minute vacancies.  Check the prices and availability page or email or call to find a time that suits you.

Short Breaks: The message is to always ASK, we are more flexible than the website can ever be!

Cocklety How Studio Apartment (sleeps 2) is available for short breaks all year round, at £59 per night (2010).  Ideal for those last minute plans!

The other cottages are on a Saturday to Saturday cycle during peak periods (Summer, Easter, Christmas, New Year, school holidays and some Bank Holidays).  However, where there are last minute vacancies we are more flexible, so always give us a ring or dash off an email to check availability.

During off-peak periods all our cottages can be booked up to a year in advance for short breaks of any length.  Since the rest of the world hasn’t yet learnt the beauty of the Lake District outside of the Summer rush, you, with the other discerning few, have it to yourselves.
